Two registrations (badges) are included in the suite pricing (see Lower Level Suite Request and Registration Form)
There is a 3-day minimum reservation for all Lower Level Suites, one of which must be Tuesday, April 21.
The 3-day minimum reservation includes 2 hours of set-up on the same day the show opens (Tuesday, April 21). Note: 2 hours of set-up on the same day the show opens is not recommended for exhibitors who have room decor, and/or more than a few cases of alcohol beverage samples.
The 4-day reservation includes one full day of set-up the day prior to show opening (Monday, April 20)
Additional set-up days are can be requested and are based on availability.
Meeting rooms with a dotted line between the spaces may be combined. Solid lines between the spaces indicates the room cannot be combined.
All company personnel working in the Lower Level Suite must be registered and have a badge.
If you will be sub-leasing all or a portion of your Lower Level Suite to either brand partners or other suppliers you must disclose that information to WSWA and inform your suite partners of the requirement to be registered and to have a badge. (see Lower Level Suite Request and Registration Form)

Brand Battle, our version of Shark Tank, is one of the greatest ways for new and emerging brands to build buzz and gain attention from decision-makers at the WSWA Convention. Participants pitch their products to a panel of industry influencers live onstage before an audience of convention attendees.
Companies like Seaside Grown, Boukman Rhum, The London Essence Co., and Gray Whale Gin have found success as Brand Battle contenders in years past. Back for its 5th annual installment, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!
Brands don't have to exhibit at the convention to be eligible to enter. Applications are due February 28.
